💳 REFUND POLICY – PRIMEAURA.CO.ZA

Effective Date: 01 April 2026


1. General Policy

All payments made for paid listings (Standard & Premium) are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.


2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A payment was made in error (duplicate payment)
  • The service was not delivered as described

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.


3. No Refunds For

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of results or leads
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Removal or suspension due to violation of Terms

4. Subscription Services

  • Paid listings are billed per cycle (monthly or as stated)
  • Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription if they no longer wish to continue
  • No refunds will be issued for active billing cycles

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
